Thomas Rubatscher

Thomas Rubatscher is the International Director of Information and Communication Technology at SOS Children’s Villages International, which makes him direct responsible for a team of 25 technical experts in the General Secretariat who develop and maintain various ICT systems used by more than 100 SOS Member Associations globally. 
Thomas’ responsibilities include ensuring global alignment and harmonization of ICT processes, tools and standards, leading strategic planning and driving innovation in global ICT, best practice sharing among regions as well as exchange with external expert communities.
Prior to SOS Thomas worked several years as project leader in the area of hospital information systems and as branch office leader of an Austrian software company.
